Terms & Service.

This contract applies to the client and myself and is set in place to ensure a streamlined process and avoid miscommunication. These terms are non-negotiable. I reserve the right to deny or cancel a commission at any time.

Ordering.

Order Process
The client must directly message me on Discord to claim a commission slot! The client must include at least ONE visual reference of your request (small scribbles /complete). The client must describe their request in a clear and concise manner. Work on the commission will not commence until payment has been received.

Boundaries.

Additional characters will be +50% of the base price (up to 3 characters in one canvas). I will adjust the canvas size as I see fit, unless the client specify beforehand.

Payment.

Currency
Payment will only be accepted through Paypal and Wise using USD currency. For IDR payment and additional information please dm me!Method of Payment
Payment plans are full price upfront or 50% of payment upfront and the rest after the sketch is approved.Refund Policy
Sudden cancellations from the client are not permitted after the commission has started. No refunds unless I cancel your commission.

Work Process.

Duration
A commission might take anywhere between a week up to a month to finish. Major revisions are allowed for up to 3 times during the sketching stage, and additional fees will be required for each new revision that exceeds the stated amount.The final product(s) will be delivered in .png format through email/Google Drive. It is the client's responsibility to store the file properly as I can not guarantee that the original copy will be available.Updates
The client may ask for progress screenshots. I will always try to finish a commission as soon as possible. In the case that my personal life has interrupted or delayed progress in the client's commission, I will notify the client to keep them informed.

Copyrights and Usage Policy.

I (stolidmer, the artist) retain the intellectual rights of the art. I have the rights to publicize or use my commissioned artwork as a portfolio unless discussed beforehand. The client may use the finished artwork as personal use in the following ways:

By commissioning me, the client acknowledges and agrees to the Terms of Service written above and acknowledges that going against it will mean their request being cancelled and their name along with information put in a public blacklist.
